Cancellation Policy
I understand life happens! Things pop up that our not in our control, but we have to deal with them. Because of that sometimes you have to cancel your appointment. In the event that you would need to cancel, or reschedule an appointment, I ask for at least 24 hour notice. All cancellations made 24 hours prior to the appointment are no problem. Cancellations made on the same day (within 24 hours) your reserved card will be charged 30% of the scheduled service. If you need to cancel your appointment please call/text (845)590-0870.
